Shipping in South Africa is charged at a R100 flat rate. When you spend more than R1’500, we cover the shipping rate and it is free.
International shipping is calculated by our carrier, DHL Express and shown at checkout based on your location.
This is sent with a DHL Express service and usually takes between 3 and 5 working days from fulfilment date.
Please note, various import duties and taxes may be incurred on delivery to certain regions. We send our products delivered duties unpaid with DHL Express from South Africa and we have zero control over these duties that may be incurred.
For all SA orders – Orders will be processed the same day we receive the funds. We will send your package off with our couriers on the same da. In outlying areas, your delivery might take a few days longer
For all International orders – We process orders within 24 hours of order. We usually send the following working day and it takes approximately 3-5 business days worldwide. Sent with DHL Express service.
The courier company used will always attempt to deliver to your door. If no one is home or no one answers, they will often try to contact via a call. The couriers will attempt delivery again on their next delivery run.
For easier management of the delivery of your Whatnot package, an email upon fulfilment of your order will be sent with tracking details included. If you find there may be an issue with the delivery address or contact, please contact the couriers directly with your tracking details and they will assist with the delivery much more swiftly.
Once your parcel is ready and has been packed on our end, we will send you your tracking number via email or text depending on courier. If you have not yet received your tracking number, check your junk mail. If you can’t find it there, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check if it has been dispatched. Weekend orders will only be attended to the next business day.
We suggest contacting the couriers directly with your tracking details and they will assist in getting your order delivered soonest.
If there is any problem at all with your parcel, we promise that we will not rest until we have tracked it down for you.
Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Our couriers will need a signature to deliver.
We ship internationally, with DHL Express, as long as a valid delivery address and postal code are given.
Local orders will also be delivered to your door or any address that we are given.
All our payment options are safe and secure. They run through PayFast or EFT.
We also have a lay-bye system in place, allowing the customer to make the purchase and pay in 3 months interest free instalments, making it a little lighter on the pocket right now. It’s simple, place your order, and pay within 3 months. Goods will be despatched after final payment.
Use the drop down navigation menu and click on the Shop icon, then click Category “Gift Cards”. Select your value, add to cart and once checked out, the lucky recipient, will then be able purchase, once we have received payment.
We are always happy to refund for whatever reason, within 7 days and exchange products within 6 months of purchase.
All returns must be sent with proof of purchase, your name, contact details, order number, products details and reason for return.
All items must be returned in the original condition unworn and undamaged.
All postage /courier fees would be for your account.
Exchanges are dependent on stock availability and new items can only be shipped once the original goods have been received by us, and any additional amounts due have been paid. For any further information please contact us @ email@example.com
